I know this may sound like a really nobbish question but I am just beggining this whole programming thing. On the htmlgoodies webpage the whole left side has that blue bar with all those buttons and stuff. I dont know what that is called so i dont know if there is a primer for it, but could someone please direct me to the primer or atleast tell me what its called.
