About what would it cost?

To have something similar to http://s94689575.onlinehome.us/sandmini.jpg made? That is what I have come up with, pretty basic, but I'm not really sure where to start on actually making the site. I could probably figure it out eventually, but I was just curious on about how much I would expect to pay to have someone do something like that?

Give this to a freelancer or a kid Web Designer. You may even get this done for free if you supply the design and just ask for an HTML replica of it.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I guess just the basic layout would be more what I'm looking for. I don't need the entire site built. I just am not sure how to start on the site to get the desired finished product so I figure if I had someone make set it up I could figure out what code does what and edit it and also create the other pages I'll need.
