Free Web Host with forum? Anyone know of any?

Okay, as stated above, I would like to develope my own site with my own forum, but I'm not exactly 100% sure about where to start. What all things will I need in order to make my own forum given that I find a host to support such features?

All I need is this:
*HTML
*JavaScript
*PhP? --- I need this for the forum, right?
*VBScript
*Would like to have a login feature, but it's not something I HAVE to have. I can make a workaround on this through JavaScript...
*Possibly email notification of post replies? Just as above though; not crucial.

Once again, I need a host that allows forum developement, but also has to be free. Any help or feedback is appreciated.

Thanks x32b. I tried "ordering" the free account, but when I got to the end of the whole process, it gave me some sort of fatal error message every time... Will try it again later.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

I run YABB on a free site on http://www.netfirms.com with no problems. YABB is just Perl with no database required.
