webpage screwed up

Hi,
Just finishing part of my new design, and I found out there were errors on it.

http://www.empco.org

The top of the site is suppose to look like this:
http://empco.org:8080/ff/web.tiff

But people using IE report that the flash movie never loads, and neither does the scrolling images. Also, people with firefox say that the scrolling images work, but there is just a big white box where the flash animation is suppose to be. My server is on my local network, so everything loads real fast for me. Can anyone verify these problems and let me know how to fix them?

If you put a simple logo instead of that flash shing and have your navigation as a list of links not some moving shing that is not available for users without JS (SE Bots), you will make your site more professional and accessible.
Next time adhere to KISS principle.

yes, well I like to make things that are really complicated and confusing. Does anyone know how to get it working though?
