I am needing a very simple CMS that will allow the following:
NO LOGIN REQUIRED to view anything on the site
LOGIN required to add articles
CSS based layout
SIMPLE to use
Just as a bit of background...I have been maintaining a web site with simple HTML, PHP, and JAVA for a couple of years...I now have to step aside to go to other projects... I need something I can transfer everything to and then leave it so others (designated) can update it as easy as using a wordprocessor....
