Guidance on freelancer website

Considering that the website is stiln its nascent stage, please give us guidance on how we can further develop this concept to help the students and companies looking for university students for freelance projects

The images in your navigation are over pixelated.
Feedback forms are preferable to mailto links.

The dotted orange arrow, looks like it's something to be clicked on, as its not, why is it there?
