Oh so many graphics applications can do animations.
Have you tried The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/)?

no what i mean is can i make a powerpoint presentation and put it in to html or something like coreal rave

If you create a presentation in Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/) (much superiour to MS Office) then you can export it to a Macromedia Flash object and embed that into your HTML (http://alistapart.com/articles/flashsatay/)


For more advanced Flash animations Power Bullet (http://www.powerbullet.com/) is pretty nice (windows only though)

Not a problem,

Download and install OpenOffice
Import your PowerPoint presentation into OpenOffice
Export to flash
Upload and embed into pages

But in future use OpenOffice, because it rocks.
