i maybe have a stupid request, i'm following a ict education, but now I have to write a java applet in notepad.
but I don't get programming
so can anyone make a applet wich has a block with a range from 1- 10000.
then there must be a ' milk tank ' animation (just a square that fills up) that will fill up to full when you type 10000 en half full when you type in 5000..... you get the idea

Are you supposed to learn how to write programs? If we do it for you, you won't be learning, but rather just wasting your money.

no you can choose to drop the programming class after this year. but if i don't maken this one i cannot go to the next class.
You will also be helping many student that have the same problem..

If I look on the website you do such complicated things with java.

Thats not the point. You are doing a course to learn... Even if you dislike it or think you are no good at it, you will be wasting your time and money if you just someone else to do it for you. Just give it a shot...

Have you tryed getting help from your lecturer? Or you can post what you have dont here with a specific problem and we can try help you out.
