well the red part doesnt need to be in the background image, you could make it a seperate div.
the background image tiles to al sides, for me having a wide screen it looks crap. sorry.
so check out your site in a higher resolution.

also the site is totaly screwd up in Fire Fox

too much to just say
if you build websites, you should at least have 2 webbrowsers installed to test them ;)
so why not get Fire Fox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/) :)

see attached file for how the site looks in firefox.

would be better using css (http://www.glish.com/css/) for layout rather than tables (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/). would help with how the site looks in different browsers and with the validation errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.albanylegalservices.com%2F).

using.:: ::. in the title looks unprofessional.

in the drop down for Key Personnel shouldnt "Learn About Are Key Personnel" read "Learn About Our Key Personnel"?

was the site designed on a 1024x768 screen? try changing you screen res to 600x800 and have a look at it.

why do the two images on the right drop boxes that could already be there? not only may visitors not realise that the images do this but they have to use their hand/mouse to get info there should really be able to get with their eyes. they have to mouse over the link before they find out whether they want to click it. might look like a nice effect in other circumstances but it creates poor usability here. (and if you do keep them as they are, from a design point-of-view i think it would look better with one either side of the main central box so that it is 'contained' by the stone arch.)

are those images of people walking and shaking hands actual images from the company or are they bank photos? they look a lot like bank photos and would create a better impression of the company if they were photos of the company offices and staff.

nice to see an active state used in the main menu with the current page link disabled, but i think your back and forward links could do with some text explaining what they are. might also think about putting the back link at the left-hand end of the menu. the back link definitely needs to be clearer as it is the only way to get from 'mediation' to 'services offered' without going to another top level page and then clicking on 'services offered' again. this is one occasion when having the menu link disabled reduces usability.

your text size is fixed, for visitors who have sight problems its better to have relative font sizes so they can make the text bigger if they want to.

might want to make the map a little wider so it lines up with the photos like all the other boxes.
