when i went to search for all posts by a few users, the results were limited to the last 500 posts. can that be turned off so that all posts show up?

Yes, I find this annoying! I was interested in viewing some of my posts back from when I first started out, but I can't access over 1500 of my posts. And I can't edit my avatar, only remove it. And I can't edit my title! Ahhh!

If you want to access all your posts, use advanced search and filter by date, in stages. You can get all of them , that way. The 500 return limit was imposed to ease server strain and improve board performance.

Bob, you can change your title and use a custom avatar.

Hey! It works now! yay! As of last night, it didn't. Hadn't checked this morning, sorry. I understand about the 500 limit, makes sense I guess. Thanks.
