PopUps without the windows TitleBar

I've seen several ways to use the method window.open() to open pop up windows. But whenever I've seen these windows they always have the Windows IE Title Bar. Is there anyway to get rid of that title bar and not go FullScreen using framesets?

When you say secured feature what do you mean? HTTPS and an SSL Certificate??? I am looking at doing this on our Intranet.
