I like #3, it looks the least tacky, although your choice depends on what the rest of your site looks like.

Yeah, three is deffinitely the best on terms of how professional they look. #4 looks great except for being too light to see. If over a dark background, or colored more darkly, it would be my first choice.

I agree. #3 would be my choice as well, but it really depends on how the rest of the site looks like. Try to keep it simple.
