NE1 Know How iTMS Rotating Poster Links Work?

Anyone Know How the Apple's iTunes Music Store has that beautiful 3 panel posters that each fade in & out between alternating images, one at a time, where each is also a link to that artist's page.

Is it Java? Is it Flash? Is it Java Script? I would love to to do the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas?

All feedback, esp reference to source, would be immensely appreciated!
