I have a job interview as Lead Web Developer and Project Leader. Please advise what kind of key words I should say during the interview that will help me out?

I have a 4 year Web Developer background and have been assigning projects for the past 1 year.

These words are positive... business men like using words like this. :p


I do not have any real advice that would be helpful. I would be willing to bet you have been to quite a few more interviews than I have and know everything that I could tell you already.
