Can't make up my mind....suggestions?

I'm not sure that I completely like the layout. The main part that is in question is the links in the logo/banner. Should I leave them like they are or should I try to put them somewhere else on the page? Also I think the white area to the left of the left black line and to the right of the right black line needs some type of faint texture look maybe….or maybe in between the lines needs some type of texture for a background. I’m thinking something very faint so it isn’t so plain. Any suggestions?

I think the main area of the page, with the content, is the section that needs the most work! Comic Sans is sort of 'oogey' and that blue doesn't go well with the sandy/warm colors used...maybe a red to match part of the photo?

The header & image look great, but tend to dwarf the rest of the page a bit - and the links could use a bit of color or contrast to help them stand out more.

I agree. There is so much color in the logo and almost none outside of it, that it makes the rest of the page look rather plain.
