Hi Guys,
I thought I'd join in the fun...

THe site is PHP, CSS, and XHTML 1.0,
The CSS and XHTML(transitional) validates.
It consists of a fixed with of 750px, a FLash Header/Banner,
and fixed possition images.
Oh, this is my first post, and I look forward to
further discussion with you all.
Thanks.

I like it okay. The links at the footer are kind of strange, getting bold or changing the letter spacing on a horizonal list as they don't.
The text brings the site down. Needs something, and needs to cleaned up. Example:
We are a group of skilled individuals that simply love to code, design, and develop web pages. We consist of computer science students, geeks, and people who've been designing web pages since they were 12!
We or they? See what I'm saying?
I would can the validation icons. And speaking of validation, if you use CSS, why in the heck do you have this?
<body link="#EEEEFF" alink="#EEEEFF" vlink="#EEEEFF" background="images/gwdBackground.gif" >

Make sure your text areas for the instant quote are all lined up. I would move the text that appears when you hover over a menu link and make it closer to the actual link, so people see it easier. I would also get rid of saying your company name when none of the menu links are hovered. When I hover over a link at the bottom menu, the link's text becomes bold and thus shifts the text around it. Don't do that. Change the text's color, and/or use an underline, but don't change the font weight/size.

Thanks guys!
So, no bold on hover. Good.
Can the validation icons? Why, I like um!
Why do I have the background="blah.gif" ? I dunno, thanks for pointing that out!
I appreciate the review! Very informative!
I'll take care of the bold, and the improper wording, but the valid CSS/XHTML are
staying because it boosts my ego (very important) AND the page was originally poorly formatted HTML (back when I started designing a couple of years ago), and the change to XHTML can be a lot of work, so I must keep those icons!
Thanks again!
