At http://smarty.php.net, it shows how to install it via web hosting. Could anyone please tell me how to install it on localhost?

So far, I've been googling some sites, and I haven't had much luck.

Just remember that your localhost IP is 127.0.0.1 and that should help (unless you have a fixed IP)
