anyone set up this script before?

i want to set it up just for 1 email recipient.

what do i set this to $mail_admin
and these?
@recipient_addresses = ();
@recipient_domains = ();

ive set up the permissions etc for the script.
i have tried setting these variables to various values.
the script tells me the mail has been sent but i dont recieve it.

any ideas?
