Read this forum's sticky. Don't change the font weight/size for text when you hover over it. It tends to shifts things around. After I stop hoving over the drop down menu, the sub menu doesn't go away.

Hi -
First, I'd try to make the advertisements a less prominent part of the layout: they are nearly equal in dominance to the content. The main content area could use a white bkgnd. to help it stand out, as well. I liked the mask photos but the number of each seemed a bit unnecessary. Where are the examples of print, web and video works - kept trying to find some...

There's some strangeness with the links below the header, as well - they'd be better placed where all of the ads are now!
