Read the sticky for technical stuff, you'll really want to reconsider tables for layout.

Your logo(?) looks awfully like the logo of some television network that I can't remember the name of.
I don't like your use of mystery meat navigation (http://www.webpagesthatsuck.com/mysterymeatnavigation.html), it's irritating and brings up accessability issues, talking of accessability, you really ought to read the WAI (http://w3.org/WAI) guidelines.

What does EPI stand for? I couldn't find it anywhere around the site.

i'm afraid the tree is right the logo is similar to news-tv network's logo named is "NBC"
anyway u can have 80% as a mark...

Good luck in making some changes...
