Read the forum sticky. The design as a whole seems kind of disjointed. The menu at top doesn't look like it is part of anything. The guy on the far right could in all likeyhood be axed saving you 15.27KB. The series of images in the upper right corner, don't do a ton for me either. I mean, a partly eaten cherry. Huh? Your links on the right side are way too long. There are pretty much all of the text. Maybe have the first sentence be a different color and have that be the link text.

Must say "Ditto" to all of the above comments made.

I felt that for advertising design work, the logo and images used
worked a bit against you. This seems like a nice, clean, simple
site but with a lot of extras thrown in that don't add anything to
the overall design - or purpose of the site.
