It depends by what you mean by standards and which formats for example: http://www.w3.org/ have Technical Recommendations on many markup languages and SVG and PNG graphics.

Also there is the OSI http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/ISOOnline.frontpage there are many standards bodies http://www.ieee.org/
