Trying to make a photo slide show

I'm trying to make a photo slide show with a background skin type of thingy to make it look like it's in a tv screen. I have no idea what I'm doing. Can anyone help me??? Private messege me if you can help.. Thanks

Yeah, it's possible, if you want to get into framesets or i-frames. There's also a fun yet complicated version using different .css pages that will load diifferent content into a div.

If you're a beginner at web design, why not start slowly? ;-)
If not, maybe someone else has a better suggestion,
