I have ticked automaticly use email subscriptions, and things run just how I like them, but the trouble is at the current moment I have 10 threads shown in what appears to be a random order(it's by date), how about having them organised like so:

new message(unread)
----1 forum group
threads in that group
----another forum group
threads in that group
----a third forum group
threads in that group
----yet another forum group
threads in that group
----I think I use 5 groups...
threads in that group

this way I can instantly scroll to look at recent messages that I'm intreasted in under javascript, without having to look at every individual thread?

A simple surgestion, but I understand that this will require a lot of work. which is why I reduced it from my origional idea(I can still post it if you want to hear it, but it's going to be hard to explain, let alone understand).

Why would you want posts split into which forum they were posted in? If you've posted in them/subscribed to them then surely they are all equally important.

By the way, yes you were right, a feature like this would probably require a bit of work therefore I suggest that you go and make a request in the vBulliten forums that they include this feature into their next version of the forums. Also, if this were to be worked into these forums then that could cause a great many difficulties when it comes to upgrading to a new version of the forums in future.

I would like them organised, because I may ocasionaly want to find the jokes thread(that's currently somewhere on page 2 of 3, a total of 78 subscriptions to search through), or a thread where I posted some code that I could do with replicationg for one reason or another.

I will ask on vBulliten. Thanks for the advise.
