Page Flashes

I have a page with frames on it.

For some reason, when i reload one of the frames, it causes the parent window to flash for a second. It is NOT reloading (I know because I put an alert in the parent page and it didn't come up). \

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

Any help is greeeatly appreciated and will be paid in Jack Daniels.

probaby just repainting itself, most likely nothing you can do about it other than close you eyes or look the other way.
