Refresh to a certain point on page [Archive]

In the JavaScriptSource script Index pages, if you are halfway down the page and hit refresh or F5, the page reloads and then snaps down to the point you were at when you refreshed... How does one set a page up to do that?!
In my page I have 5 frames and the page refreshes the 5 frames every 5 seconds, but if you're halfway down a frame and the auto-refresh happens, it snaps back to the top.
HELP!

Every page automatically does that.

I re-looked at things and realized I was not correctly describing my problem. I have frames within the page, 5 to be exact, and every one refreshes every 5 seconds, and if you are scrolled halfway down one of the frames, it jumps back to the top of each frame every reload... Can I stop that and have the refresh act as it does in my previous description (wrong as it was)???
