Hey Im currently building a site. And I need a type of User And group registrasion system. Were theres a member page and all. And a admin pannel. Can some one help me?

I suggest you use a pre-built authentication system rather than write your own (unless your truly up for the challange). Which one you use depends on your technological restrictions.

Which languages are available to you? You may need to consult your host. (PHP, ASP, etc)
