Hi -
Yes, it's usable except for the Company Info. and the images used in the header. At least 3 times while browsing there, I noticed that their heads were cut off, or faces covered by the white gradient. [ffox 9. pc]
Some nice housing options pics, instead? Think that would match the rest of the site design a bit better, too. Even that little guy at the bottom would a better option - too tall a footer, anyway. Maybe a red bkgnd. to match the rest of the page and a smaller 'ad'?
Other than that, the 'look' of the site was very crisp, clear and easy to navigate. [Code has some troubles, though.]

I don't think you need a splash page. It'll hurt for search engine visibility too. Otherwise, nice looking site.
