Can't connect to MySQL database!!!

HI guys,

Does anyone encounter this problem when trying to connect to database over the network?

Error message:
"Server error: Unable to connect to a database from the web server using the connection string 'DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver};SERVER=pc1;DATABASE=test;UID=root'.

The following error message comes from the database driver software; it may appear in a different language depending on how the driver is configured.
