This is my first web with 100% CSS.
What are your opinion?

I like it, but you should get rid of that mailto: link, I can't use it and personaly I wouldn't want to.

the colours are dark, but I'd still rather have that than bright flashing lights(try to brighten it just a little).

if you are going for full CSS migh I surgest you validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.freewebs.com%2Fluisc%2F) it first(add a doctype, and a character set). And please don't use the align atribute, css has it(text-align)
