Does anyone know where I can find out how to create a sign-up form for a class with a limited # of avail. spots?

if there's a link someone could provide, i'd be greatful.

i haven't done any .NET coding yet (i've done ASP) and i would like to start with this.

actually i don't understand you bro, do you mean that you're looking for a ready made script or you're looking for a tutorial that learns you how??
