Question about doing fading image rollovers in Flash

I want to create a fading image rollover in flash, but I have no clue how to make it. I know how to create this same effect in html, but would also like to know how to do it in flash. So far I have created the movie, but I don't know how to make it an rollover. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

It's where I used to go when I used flash...
IF you're using Macromedia, then this site is for you.

If you're using something else, then as long as it
uses action script 2.0 then the site will still be benificial.
