PDF with Coldfusion

I am creating a PDF in which a user to our site can fill out online and then somehow I would like the browser to submit that pdf with the filled out sections to an email address. Is there any way to do this in Coldfusion? These forms are applications for jobs to be placed on my site. I supose they could also be submitted to a database but I believe a email containing either the FDF or filled out PDF would be the best solution.

It's easily done with Perl and other SSLanguages, so it should be possible with Cold Fusion.
