It takes forever for me to update my rss feed titles and descriptions manually. Isn't there a way with script to automate this process? I'll illustrate what I want to happen below:

And then the body of the story would go here. This is the first paragraph etc.
I want whatever value is in between the div tabs to be parsed automatically into the title tag and description tag in rss 2.0 feeds. Right now I have to copy and paste. This blows! There's gotta be an easier way right?
