Most seem not to offer hosting, but you can get that for free elsewhere. However, it is especially true in web hosting that you get what you pay for, and if you can afford paid hosting the benefits are significant. I would advise against artificially increasing your bandwidth usage to hold on to a free domain, it's rather unethical and probably against the service's terms of use.
