What application do they use for building their free web-based e-mail service? How does it cold?
I mean... there are ready applications (free and chargeable) to build on-line shops and forums.
Is there enything similar to build Web Based Mail like Hotmail and others do???
If there is anything - what's the best?:confused:

i dont pay anything for my account. sure i get signed up to all sorts of spammers, but they dont charge me.
