javascript menu dissapears when site goes secure???

HI All

I have just implemented a javascript menu onto my ecommerce website but the problem i'm having is when you enter into the secure side of the site (https) a popup box informs me that there are some un-secure items to view as well ! i've worked this out to be the menu as if you choose not to view the un-secure items the menu dissapears? has anyone had this problem and how do i go about solving it??

Your best course of action is to move all the necessary files to the secure site and change all the references in the page to point to the secure site.
