When I view this site, the right and left borders as well as the scroll bar are wavey. At first I thought it was my monitor, but it doesn't occur with other sites. What's up with that?

It's static on the page (when I scroll - it moves up or down)

Everything looks crisp and straight on my screen. Must be something with your computer.
