dropdown menu scrollbar color

I would like to know how to change the scrollbar color of a dropdown menu, i tryed in vary different ways but i cant make it work.

Scrollbars are part of user interface not your web page. Real browsers do not allow to change them, not that you should try in the first place

i know some browsers dont allow it, but, in the page im making i changed the color of the page scrollbar, and i wanted that the scrollbar from the dropdown menu to be the same color of the page scrollbar.
