Delta forces corporation is a major vendor of office supplies, furniture and equipment, and manufacturers of the major automobile parts.they purchase few parts from other vendor.

When parts are received from vendors, they are accompanied by an invoice.Mrs gauron in the receiving Dept checks the invoice against the orders file to be certain that the correct parts were deliverd.if the parts were not ordered or the order was incorrectly filled, parts are returned.

If the parts are correct, the inventory file is updated toreflect the new quanity of these parts.this is done by increasing the data element quantity-on-hand by the quantity record for the parts-id.Mrs guaron then prepares the payment for the vendor.she also enters the payment transaction in the general ledger, which is maintained as the bound accounting ledger.

A worker on the factory floor who needs a part requests it by submitting a requistion to the parts clerk.the information on this from is used to update the inventory file.each week the parts clerk uses the inventory file to prepare a report listing all parts whose quanity_on-hand has fallen below the reorder point.for parts listed on the report,a purchase request from is prepared and sent to the purchasing office.

I would like to know for designing level one context diagram if the customer wants to buy a chair does the furniter checks the inventory stock and after that if the client in the furniture sells more items would he get the promotion and his mony will be intering in banks account?
Please gentlemen and ladies how in this paragraph can I go step by step by representing cotext digram o,level one and three?
And what are the factional requirements and non factional requirements for that?
Thank you

this sounds a lot like homework, so I'll be breif.

level 0: customer(as external entity), processing and your database

level 1: going into more detail regarding the processing and database, split the database into tables and the processing into subprocesses.

level 2: even more detail, give all your processes and the tables with a little more info on any checks, evaluations and such.

Be sure not to leave ANY blackhole data(goes into a table and is never retrived for archiving or whatever)
