I need help with dreamweaver, please

I'm going through the tutorials in dreamweaver to make a database. I can't make a recordset because I don't know how to make a testing server. It's hard to find the right information on how to do it. I've made a sites folder for my sites to go in, so I think all I need to do is make a testing server.

Kinda sucks, I have windows me edition which doesn't work with pws or iis. Do I have any other options other then installing a new os?

I downloaded the appache server and i'm a little confused when trying to install it.

It asks me:

Network Domain

Server Name

Administraters email address

I'm not entirely sure what all that is and I don't want to put in false information. I have a site called http://www.uogameresources.com hosted by avahost and my email address for that site is brucelee@uogameresources.com.
I'm not sure if i'm suppose to give information on my site or something else. It would help if I knew what all that ment exactly. Also, if I fill out the information only related to my site, will the appache server only work with that site? I'm confused....
