Server Question

I don't know if I ask this question on this forum but could anybody suggest any good free servers that allow php,cgi,asp,etc. I don't even need all php and mysql would be the most I would need. And also a webserver that would not have banner advertising on it if possible. Thankz. ;)

Nothing good comes for free, but for $10 - $20 a month you can get a decent plan.
