Dynmically Resize Frames

I was wondering if it is possible to dynamically resize a web-page's frames depending on the user's resolution? For example if the resolution is less than 1024x768, then the script would "shrink" the contents of the frame to fit the resolution?

Not sure if this is what I'm looking for... What I would like is the frame's contents to automatically re-size so they would fit into the 800x600 screen. Ie. Reduce their size by a certain percentage.
