This is kinda a sad thing, but I'm only 14 so I got an excuse, I can do most things programming html, but I'm not sure how to put in a download link :o

Don't take your age as an excuse, as you will soon find out, many here are about the same age, so just ask your question! hehe. I mean, if i am to answer a question i won't answer more acurately because you are 14 and not 18 or whatever!
As for your question, do you mean a link to download what?
For example you have a file called archive.zip in your root directory, you would actually link it just this way:
<a href="archive.zip">Download archive</a>
Ask if you have any further question, or if i didnt answer your question, or if i answered it inacurately(because i am 17) ;)
