Hi,

I’m planning to develop a site called FileServer.org, but I just can’t decide what to do with it. I originally planned to develop it as a online hard-drive like that of xdrive.com. But a friend suggested that I make it into something like yousendit.com / rapidshare.de.

So I decided to turn to the community for help. Please tell me which idea is better, or if you have another suggestion.

Your help would be really appreciated.

Planned and marketed correctly, something similar to yousendit or rapidshare could be a profitable Web Site. You could allow users to host files for free, but place text-based advertisments throughout the site.
