Creating right click context menus

I have XML returned from server which is subjected to XSL transformation int he browser to form a tree representation of nodes in the browser page. I have to now create and show right click pop up menus for the respective nodes which are context sensitive and menu details generally come as part of the XML.

Please let me know if this is possible and i would appreciate for any ideas on this.
