Background using a framset

In dreamweaver, how can I put a picture as a background to cover the whole page, but not split up if i insert a frameset?

I had started of with no frames, and added a pictures as my background, which was perfectly fine but when i put in a frame it just split the picture up and did not show properly but jsut in one frame :confused:

frames are bad, and not just for the reason you've listed, use them only if nessesary beond all else.
