Load page in frames

Does anyone have a script that will allow my pages to open in a frameset even if the person types in the exact url of a page so if someone goes to www.mysite.com/photos.html it will automatically pull it in the frameset instead of showing just that page?

This really doesn't make any sense to me. I've looked through the other replies to this but if I use top.location.href = 'index.asp' which is the page that contains my frameset it loads the main pages, never calling the page I'm trying to go to. Can you tell me what I'm missing here?
