Find a holiday?

I was wondering if is possible to find holidays or if i would have to define them before hand? I have a calendar and I want to show holidays and if it is even possible take it a step further and find when a full moon is and stuff like that. I am thinking I have to define them before hand but it would be nice to do it quick.

You would have to define them first. The server doesn't know what attributes are associated with any given date. I am sure that someone somewhere has a snippet that has the dates you need in an array.

PHP has a built in "Easter" function. That is likely to be of help.
