Image Help

I have a quick question, how do I get a image(or if easier, every clickable item on the whole page) to flip horizontal (mirror image) when you mouse over it? I can give an example of a site if I am not painting a clear enough picture as to what I want to accomplish. I am a complete newbie to the coding world :)

(Don't double post.) That's not in HTML. You would have to do that in Photoshop or Fireworks. The rollover part is JavaScript and/or CSS.
